Be wary of the Voice

Leon Pethick has hit the nail on the head, re The Voice.

He has a clear vision of what the future could hold.

I am absolutely fed up with the divisions being put forward by Albanese and his hypocritical federal government.

Their agendas are frightening to our democratic way of life.

The First Nations people today are roughly 2 per cent of the population and already have 11 representatives in our parliament.

Pretty good odds.

Is that not enough representation?

In the past, voyages of discovery were sent out from many nations to find new territory.

None of the present generations are responsible for what took place in this country 250 years ago.

We can’t live in the past.

How dare the federal government send the generations of today on these continual guilt trips.

Believe it or not there were reprisals from both sides.

How about we unite and go forward together and make a better future for us all, without the Voice?

This, my friends, is our only hope.
