Seismic kits sent to monitor for aftershocks

The seismograph readings from the Kilkivan quake, with a station at Beerwah State School, 101km away, recording the strongest readings. Rapid deployment kits will have a seismometer similar to the one that recorded this reading, to measure potential aftershocks. (Geoscience Australia)
