WEDNESDAY 3 July *Creative Hand Sewing* Learn to use different types of stitches to create cool patches to sew onto your favourite t-shirt or jeans at the Rainbow Beach Library at 1pm. *Create Your Own Jewellery*

*Kid’s Learn to Sew – Beginner*

Head along to the Gympie Library from 3.30pm for the final instalment in a four-week course and learn the basics of sewing. You will have the opportunity to complete a new project each week. Last Friday Social Club – DNA Basics

Drop into the Gympie Library from 10-11am and learn how to get the most from your DNA. There is a lot of advertising for DNA testing, but did you know that it is useful for more than finding your ethnicity? By matching with others who share DNA with you, you can find more relatives who may be able to help you with your family tree. Presented by Judy Lofthouse from the Queensland Genealogical Society. Laser Engraver Introduction

The Emblazer Laser machine is used for the precision engraving and cutting of wood and other materials.
