Twilight Songwriter’s Session
This Saturday at 5pm, the AICM welcome powerhouse vocalist Jen Mize to the third Twilight Songwriter’s Session. Head along to enjoy some wonderful original music from Jen Mize and three other aspiring songwriters. Tickets cost Adults $20 and Concessions $10. Long Flat Dance

AA Recovery Group

Widgee Bushman’s Carnival Campdraft
Get ready for a weekend of fun with the Widgee Bushman’s Carnival Campdraft. This annual event has a tradition spanning more than a century and helps raise funds for several Widgee community groups and organisations. Parkinson’s Support Group Gympie
The Gympie Parkinson’s Support Group meet on the second Monday of every month. The guest speaker for August is Sue Clifton, Residential Service Manager at Blue Care Grevillea Gardens. Parkinson’s disease is a disorder of the nervous system. It results from damage to the nerve cells that produce Dopamine, a chemical that is vital for the smooth control of muscles and movement.
