Aren’t we lucky?

Are we just lucky or what?

Surely we must be the luckiest people to be living in the safest part of the best country in the world.

When we look south, the country is on fire, and the north is underwater.

I was born just in time to remember the end of World War 2 and then to learn of what went on before.

World War 1 was to be the end of world conflict; to this day, we still celebrate ANZAC.

It is very distressing to see what is going on around the world now, and being reminded what happened to the Jewish people in World War 2, there is an ancient history book that outlines the conflict in what became known as the Holy Land.

When the Gods first came to blows, they didn’t have the weapons to destroy the whole countryside like they do now.

It is bad enough that our people are killed by careless drivers on the road, but to have what we now call terrorists shooting innocent citizens is just beyond belief.
