Trump and the Peace Prize joke

Was Donald Trump actually nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, or was that a joke on the rest of us?

If the selection committee has the power to reject nominations, Trump’s nomination should not have got past the letter-box.

He has been complicit in the ugliest and most horrific campaign of genocide since the Holocaust.

As Netanyahu’s constant supporter, he too must bear responsibility for the 70,000 deaths, mainly of innocent Palestinians, including thousands of women and children.

And while the carnage occurred, he had the gall to joke very publicly about replacing the Gaza Strip, when its demolition was complete, with a tourist strip for his fellow wealthy Americans and, no doubt, his fellow felons (the Good Old Boys) who, at his urging, vandalised the Pentagon after his defeat in the election before last.

Trump as a champion of peace?

Someone has to be kidding!
