Good Samaritans

We hear a lot of negative stories about younger people but I would like to convey a positive story.

Last weekend I was visiting Gympie to ride the fabulous “Rattler”.

On Saturday night I went out to get fish and chips and on the way back to my accommodations I tripped and fell.

Two young men who were driving past me stopped to see if I was okay.

They were genuinely concerned and were anxious as to my condition.

Thankfully I was okay.

They then volunteered to drive me back to my hotel.

I was thankful for their help and this is a public acknowledgment of my thanks.

I will never know who they were but I hope they read this.
