I recently heard on local radio a promotion by the Queensland Government for the Pumped Hydro Borumba dam.
I can find a lot of reasons against this la la land.
But today, I have one question.
Borumba Dam supplies potable water to Gympie etc.
So, please find out how pumping water up and down in a dam won’t affect the water?
I live on rainfall tank water.
Last year I had a dead carpet snake in my tank and cleaning the bottom of the tank got me a few nasties.
The bottom of a dam will have a lot more nasties I suspect?
‘So what’, experts will tell us of super filters.
Gosh, I hope they will be cheap, hey!
Come on folks, challenge this la la land.
