Last markets for the year

The Goomboorian Memorial Hall Market is on next Saturday, 10 December, from 7am to 12pm.

Spokeswoman for the hall committee, Jan McCann said the markets are the perfect place to nab some Christmas goodies.

“This is our last market for 2022 – the next one will be February 2023,“ she said.

“If you need that last minute gift, we have books, clothes, DVDs, CDs, records, glassware bric-a-brac and much more at rock bottom prices.

“Our kitchen will be operating with our usual range of mouthwatering food.

“Stallholders also have lots of goods on sale including handmade craft, plants and bric-a-brac.“

She said stall sites cost $5 with all proceeds going into maintaining the community hall.

There will also be a raffle drawn at 11:30am, with a Christmas hamper up for grabs.

You can follow them on Facebook at Goomboorian Memorial Hall Markets and Events and to Book a site or for more information call Jan on 0488 769 588 or Pam on 5486 5317.
