The Long Flat Flood Relief Hub is hosting a Fashion Parade Fundraiser this Saturday 23 July. There has been a very generous amount of clothes donated and the Hub decided to raise funds for the flood affected. This coming Saturday’s fundraiser, will be an afternoon of fun and heartfelt love from the community.
The Mighty Mary equalised everyone in her path and brought back the heart and soul in the community and it was on display to the world. The Hub quickly filled up with the generosity of everyday people just wanting to help in some way. Donations started from up north as far as Cairns and Townsville, all the way down to Gympie.
The Fashion Fundraising Day is raising money and awareness to help the flood affected go home, whilst bringing the community together to show support. All money raised will go directly to them.
