GP welcomes new patients and bulk bills

What a difference a year makes in the Cooloola Coast for residents who can now access medical attention seven days a week.

With locations in Tin Can Bay, Cooloola Cove and Rainbow Beach, Cooloola Coast General Practice is taking on new patients and even bulk bills!

A spokesperson for the group said it was thrilled to be able to provide this service to a region that had been so overlooked and said they are always on the lookout for more doctors and general practice staff who feel like a sea change.

The practice is even welcoming new patients from Gympie and the eastern suburbs who cannot get into a doctor in Gympie at short notice and are unable to wait the two to three weeks required.

The Cooloola Cove practice will be open over Easter and Anzac Day for those who need an appointment, with new patients and visitors welcome.

Families with young children understand how quickly a fun morning can turn into a trip to the Doctor for a stitch or bandage and to have such an accomplished group of doctors in a nearby clinic is priceless.

Cooloola Coast General Practice can be contacted by phoning 07 5486 4600 or visit and book online at www.cooloolacoastgp.com.au
