Festive favourites are back

Members of the Gympie South Lions Club are selling Lions Christmas Cakes at Mitre 10 Gympie, Nashville Reality Goldfields Plaza, Neal’s Family Meats Horseshoe Bend, Monica’s Hair Design Smithfield St and Dodt’s Floor Coverings in Mellor St. In a joint effort, Gympie South Lions and Gympie Lions Club will have cakes for sale at Goldfields Plaza from Mon 5 Dec til Sat 17 Dec. If cakes are still available, they will also be at Drakes IGA on Mon 19 Dec and Tues 20 Dec. If you can’t find the cake outlets please call Lion Joan on 0418 715 766 to make arrangements for purchasing your cake.

Gympie South Lions will also have their ‘Lucky Ham Wheel’ spins at the upcoming Gympie Christmas in the Park on Sat 3 Dec, then at Christmas on Mary’ on Wed 14 Dec. Each spin has 3 prizes – 1st and 2nd are both hams and 3rd is a Lions Christmas Cake.

All funds raised go towards projects in the Gympie Community. Little Haven Palliative Care will be the recipient of funds raised from the ham wheel spins at Christmas in the Park. Gympie South Lions would like to thank the wider Gympie Community for their support throughout the year. Gympie South Lions wishes everyone a safe and joyous festive season.
